Frank C. Ingriselli
President and Chief Executive Officer

Frank C. Ingriselli, President and CEO of Global Venture Investments LLC, was born on April 30, 1954 in New York, NY. He graduated from Boston University in 1975 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. He earned a Master of Business Administration degree from New York University in both Finance and International Finance in 1977, and a Juris Doctor degree from Fordham University School of Law in 1979.

Mr. Ingriselli joined Texaco in 1979 and held management positions in Texaco's Producing-Eastern Hemisphere Department, Middle East/Far East Division, and Texaco's International Exploration Company. In 1992, Mr. Ingriselli was named Director of Texaco's initiatives in Russia.

He was named Director of Business Development for the Europe Division of Texaco in 1993. In 1994, Mr. Ingriselli was appointed to direct the Texaco team that reviewed the company's international marine transportation requirements that led to the formation of a strategic alliance with Stena, a Swedish marine transportation company.

In 1995, Mr. Ingriselli was named Director of Texaco's Gorgon/Chrysaor Natural Gas Project offshore northwest Australia in January 1996. This project doubled Texaco's worldwide gas reserves.

In 1996, he was appointed President and CEO of the Timan Pechora Company, which was developing a multi billion-dollar oil project in Russia, which at that time was the largest western investment in Russia.

In 1998, Mr. Ingriselli returned to Texaco on a special assignment in the Executive Department responsible for Texaco's Power & Gas operations, pipeline activities and corporate development.

Mr. Ingriselli was appointed President of Texaco Technology Ventures (TTV) in August 2000. TTV was responsible for all of Texaco's global technology initiatives and investments.

Mr. Ingriselli sits on the Board of Directors of the Eurasia Foundation, Electric Drive Transportation Association, Eletra Industrial Ltda, and is on the Technical Advisory Board for the Angeleno Group, a private equity investment group.
